Cook show in Hotel Radisson Blu, Krakow

On 6th November 2013,  there was a cook show from 4 countries in Hotel Radisson Blu ,Krakow . The aim of the show is to introduce interesting  dishes from China, India, Thailand and Mexico. Therefore, we were invited to cooperate in this endeavor.
Our chef Mr. Chen Gang, gave a live cooking there, the foods he did are as follows:

a) dried Soya sticks
b) white turnip salad
c) pork"Yuxian"

d) sweet - sour chicken
e) Beef with green peppers and black beans
And Desserts:
